Tickets are officially live for Bollyween — Tokyo's first-ever Desi Halloween party. On Saturday 31 October 2026, WeDesi Tokyo takes over Maharaja Club Roppongi for one night where Halloween meets Bollywood: wild costumes, iconic Bollywood villains and divas, an international artist on the decks, and a dance floor that comes alive after dark.
If you've been looking for a Halloween party in Tokyo that actually plays your music — Bollywood bangers, Punjabi anthems and South Indian hits instead of the same old club playlist — this is it. And because it's strictly ticket-only with no door sales, the only way in is to book online before tickets run out.
What is Bollyween?
Bollyween is the Halloween Bollywood Edition — a Desi Halloween party created by WeDesi Tokyo, Japan's biggest Bollywood party brand. Think of it as a spooky Bollywood carnival: the energy of a WeDesi club night, dressed up for the scariest night of the year.
Halloween in Tokyo is legendary — Shibuya and Roppongi fill with costumes every October. But until now there's never been a Halloween night built for the Desi community and Bollywood lovers. Bollyween changes that: a full Bollywood Halloween party, in a premium Roppongi club, with a crowd that knows every word to every song.
The headliner: DJ Joyu, flying in for one night
This year's biggest surprise: Bollyween is an artist night. International artist DJ Joyu is flying all the way to Tokyo to take over the decks, joined by WeDesi's resident DJs Pako and Gaurav. That makes Bollyween Japan's only artist-led Bollywood party this Halloween.
Expect nonstop Desi energy all night — Bollywood bangers, Punjabi anthems, South Indian hits, international party favourites and plenty of spooky-season madness in between.
Welcome to the Bollyween spooky carnival: what to expect
- International artist night: DJ Joyu live in Tokyo for an unforgettable Bollywood DJ set.
- Bollywood × Halloween takeover: Bollywood, Punjabi, South Indian and international hits, with Halloween madness until morning.
- A new venue with fully spooky vibes: Maharaja Club Roppongi transformed into a haunted Bollywood carnival.
- Neon goodies & free gifts: neon surprises, exclusive goodies and special gifts through the night.
- Surprises all night: unexpected moments, spooky treats and special party booths and themed experiences to discover.
- Photo moments: dress up, strike a pose and take home memories of your best Halloween in Tokyo.
Dress code: Bollywood Halloween — become the character
Bollyween isn't a night to just attend — it's a night to become the character. Pick your favourite Bollywood villain, ghost or icon and bring them to life. Need ideas? Start with the legends:
- Mogambo — the ultimate villain energy (“Mogambo khush hua!”).
- Poo — the sassiest fashion icon in Bollywood history.
- Manjulika — the iconic queen of Bollywood horror.
- Chota Pandit — the unforgettable comedy legend.
Or go your own way: scary Bollywood characters, glamorous divas, horror-movie icons, villains, ghosts and supernatural looks — funny, iconic or completely outrageous. The more creative, the better. Don't want to go all-out? A spooky touch with your best party outfit works too.
