Return & Refund Policy

Event Tickets — No Refunds All event ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase, except as required by applicable law.

Physical Merchandise — 30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy for physical merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges Return the original item first, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase. Note: this does not apply to event tickets.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at wedesitokyo@gmail.com.
